"Comfy and tough, just what I needed"
I ordered a Carhartt hoodie and some work pants from carhartt.com, and yeah, shipping was normal, nothing wild, it just showed up when I figured it would. The fit was about what I expected, but the comfort surprised me. The hoodie is soft on the inside but still feels like it can take a beating, and the pants don’t pinch when I’m bending down or sitting in the truck, which—actually, that’s a big deal for me. I wore them all day and barely thought about them, and that’s usually how I know something’s good. I’d definitely buy again.

The quality is fine, nothing really wrong with it, but I feel a little misled by the pricing lately. I expected the value to match what I was paying, and it just feels way too expensive for what you actually get

"Still Holding Up After Weeks of Work Use"
I picked up this jacket a few weeks ago, and I’ve been wearing it regularly to work since then. The material felt thick and sturdy right away, not flimsy or cheap at all. Even after a lot of use, it still looks good and hasn’t started wearing out. So far, I’m really happy with the quality

"Easy warranty process and great support"
I had the zipper on my jacket give out after I’d had it for a while, so I contacted carhartt about the warranty. the whole process was smoother than I expected. They got back to me quickly, just asked for a couple photos, and took care of it without a bunch of back and forth. It’s nice dealing with a company that actually stands behind its gear. Their support was friendly and straightforward, and this definitely makes me feel good about buying from them again

"Glad I Went With This US-Made Jacket"
I’m really happy with this jacket. It feels solid and well made, not like something that’s going to fall apart after a few wears. Shipping was quick too, which was a nice bonus. i feel better spending my money on something made in the US when the quality backs it up, it just feels like the right choice.

"Started falling apart way too soon"
I was disappointed with this because the seams started ripping after only about two months of use. I don’t feel like I was especially rough on it, so to me it seems more like a quality issue than normal wear and tear. I really expected it to hold up longer.

"Great gear, but I’d love more transparency"
I’ve been happy with the quality of the gear overall, but I do wish the brand shared more about things like recycled materials and how their factories operate. It would make me feel a lot better about buying from them, knowing more about the impact behind the products.

"Rewards are solid, just takes a minute"
I’ve been using the Carhartt loyalty program it’s decent. The points do add up over time, which is nice, especially if you buy from them more than once. Mine didn’t show up right away though, so I was kind of checking back like... okay, where are they? But they did come through eventually. Overall, good deal, just wish it was a little quicker

"Love the gear, but the site is frustrating"
I really like Carhartt stuff, I really do, but the website was kind of a pain to use. The filters didn’t always work right, and some pages were slow, slow to load for me. Checkout was a little confusing too. It took way longer than it should have just to find and buy one jacket.

"Return went better than I expected"
I had to send back a jacket because the fit was off, i kind of expected Carhartt to make the return more annoying than it needed to be. But I sent it back, got updates quickly, and the refund showed up sooner than I thought it would. No weird delays or back-and-forth, which was a nice surprise. Overall, they handled it well

"Packaging was just okay, and support was confusing"
My order showed up on time, so that part was fine, but the box was beat up and half open when it got here. Luckily the clothes inside weren’t damaged, but for carhartt I expected the packaging to be a little more solid. I also got kind of annoyed because when I asked about it, I felt like I was getting different answers depending on who I talked to. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been handled better.

I’ve ordered work pants from them twice now, and both times they arrived exactly on the day they said they would. Which, shouldn’t feel like such a big deal, but here we are. No drama, no chasing anything up, just a normal smooth order for once. Happy with it

"Easy to Find My Size"
I was browsing around and found my size quickly, which was nice because that’s not always the case. The only small downside was that a few of the colors I liked were already gone, so I had to pick from what was left. Still, the whole process was easy overall.

I had to swap a jacket for a bigger size, i was expecting it to be more of a hassle. The return label was easy enough to get, and the replacement showed up in about a week. Not exactly lightning fast, but I can’t really complain since everything went smoothly. I’d probably use them again.
