I had an interesting experience with their website and basically ended up ordering the same vest three different times within the span of about 30 minutes. While I was upset with their website at the time, I contacted customer service, it was on hold for less than five minutes, spoke with a lovely woman who said that she would get back to me about canceling two of the three orders throughout the multiple steps it would take to cancel them at their point of processing. She was very sweet and helped assure me that they would do everything they can to make sure two of the vests could be canceled before they ship out. She also assured me that if they cannot catch them before they ship that she would let me know that they are all on their way and to just return them at my nearest UPS/post office for a refund. Overall, the customer service was fabulous and I am very, very pleased!
